Does the name HAARP(High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) ring a bell?

" HAARP is an ionosphere research program that is founded by the US military and the University of Alaska. The first HAARP station is located on Alaska, with the main instrument being the Ionospheric Research Instrument. The instrument, which is a high frequency phased array radio transmitter has a set of 180 antennas. But how could such a project funded by the Government run out of funds and considered Hiatus?

Hurricane Matthews, Haiti Earthquake, Floods in Serbia...

Scientist claimed that the 2010 Haitian earthquake was as a result of slippage of an unmapped fault which was previously overlooked along the North American and Carribean boarders/Tectonic plates, a claim that was falsified by Huge Chavez, The Venezuelan leader; he stated that HAARP and or similar projects that were tested by the US Navy and Airforce offshore the coast of Haiti which triggered the disaster that claimed thousands of lives and displaced millions. He further claimed that the US Army "played God" and ended up killing thousands, a claim that was debunked by the Controlled media and Chavez tagged;

One thing is certain, Project HAARP and several like it has a more sinister purpose than just science and more than meets the eye of ordinary World citizens, a $290 to $300 million project shut down seems mysterious as the NWO never embarks on profitless endeavors. After May 2013 shut down, humming sounds and strange Aurora's still could be noticed on the Alaskan location of the HAARP project.

At a Senate hearing , David Walker, deputy assistant secretary of the Air Force for Science, Technology, and Engineering dropped a bombshell in answer to Lisa Murkowski question in relation to halting and ditching of the $300 million High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program in Gakona. Walker stated;

“Not an area that we have any need for in the future” and it would not be a good use of Air Force research funds to keep HAARP going. “We’re moving on to other ways of managing the ionosphere, which the HAARP was really designed to do,” he said. “To inject energy into the ionosphere to be able to actually control it. But that work has been completed.”

Several people like me believe HAARP was fabricated and has been used for weather manipulations, Having enough juice to trigger Tsunamis, hurricanes/tornadoes, earthquakes and floods, probing like that of Lisa Murkowski raises eyebrows whether conspiracy theorists are more on point and target than anyone in power or politics has admitted to date.
