That was the number of reported Adverse Reactions in the trial.

Relevant Cases indicates that, as opposed to Irrelevant, or otherwise cases where no Adverse Reactions were observed/reported.

Under Case Outcome it specifies the Relevant Cases by the Severity of Reaction thus far, thats what Recovered/Recovering are indicating, same for Recovered with Sequelae, Not Recovered at the time of the Report, Unknown, Fatal.

Those 42086 (minus the 9k unknown) were the Relevant Cases that were used to document the Pages of Side Effects from the clinical trial, no?(How many side effects did they disclose? Hundreds? Thousands? Tens of thousands of different side effects?) Those fatal ones aren't all fatal ones from the clinical trial, as surely the Unknown will contain about the same ratio(Do the math.-That's a 2.91% rate of DEATH, so closer to 3.1%, again, out of what they consider Relevant Adverse Reactions). Lastly, the data is only as good as those that gather it and decide what is Relevant and what is Irrelevant. If incidents are underreported as one would assume and if the data is actively suppressed or censored then the reality is that much worse.

While I’m not super versed in the technicalities of reading such statistical data and these types types of things with the details you write of here feel difficult for my brain to process at this time, I much appreciate your diligence and contribution of your insight to this global conversation. 🙏
