RE: Feedback from the December Hive Power Up Day

Some of the terms here are so strange to me. I have started with the one I understood very well that is PUD, PUM is also making more sense to me, although I don't have much hive to do it daily but I will continue to my best.
But helping others to power up is the part that i don't really understand. @hivebuzz please, help me out
