Sure thing, @bluefinstudios! Here's the @hivebuzz post announcing it a year ago this month...
Hive Power Up Day - Introducing the Power Up Helper!
... but the tl;dr is that on the 1st of the month (during UTC hours), if you power up at least 10 Hive to someone who hasn't had Hive powered up to them before, they get a Hive Power Up Day badge, and you get a Helper Badge. Plus the awesome feeling of giving someone a little boost. 😊
