How to manage the education of our children?

In this opportunity I want to talk about some tips that can be useful when managing the education of our children, especially considering that in many circumstances our children can go through a period of time where they can even get bad grades, for this it is important to know how to act to properly manage our actions that are aimed at our children can improve their educational performance through our guidance.
We must consider that for our children the subject of their education and formation must go beyond simply learning subjects in school, even this is a subject in which both our children and ourselves can agree, since they can see and perceive the educational subject as something very diverse and complex.
This complexity lies in the fact that we must broaden our minds to accept that our children also go to school in order to socialize and thus be able to learn the development of the environment where they will be educated to take advantage of the activities of their lives going beyond a mere professional need.
When that walk of our children for the school is not so good is because we see it reflected in their grades, for it is important that we as parents we ask ourselves the following question:
What to do, as parents, when our children's grades are poor?
It is important that as parents we understand that there is no single orientation for our children to improve their performance, for this it is necessary to adapt a style of correction to improve the child's grades depending on the particular style that the child or adolescent has to perceive the teaching and the way in which he/she learns.
It is a complex system for us as parents to be able to know the cause of the bad grades of our children, since there can be several causes that originate it, for it is necessary to attack the problem from different flanks.
Among the most useful tips that I can provide are:
[1] We must talk to our children, but of course this talk should not be oriented to lecture or scold them but rather to listen to their complaints and concerns, suddenly listening to them a little they can reveal the cause of their bad grades.
[2] It is important that we establish other sources of communication with external agents, for this it is important that we manage to go to school and talk to their teacher, even if the school has a psychologist who takes the case of the problems of poor grades of our children, we can talk to him and in this way, if our children do not end up revealing the reasons for their poor performance, perhaps external agents such as the school will help us to know what causes are generating the poor performance of our children.
[3] In case the poor performance of our children is due to poor management of their study time, it is important that we help them to schedule their study system, it is important that this schedule incorporates a time for entertainment, since the idea is that our children feel that school activities are a burden that they can carry over time.
