Education is the fundamental pillar for every human being from the moment of his birth, however in this process we observe that not all men and women are educated in the same way, on the contrary they are educated differently, this does not mean that there is a different education for each individual, but each person assimilates a different learning and knowledge, also influences who is directed a particular teaching as even gender is an influential factor.

Under this scenario, where there are external agents that make teaching and learning forge a different education for each individual, it is very important that we understand the existing diversity of certain socializing agents that are associated and take attribution in some characteristics and different assignments for individuals that generate this psychosocial phenomenon known as differential socialization.

It is not a question of whether differential socialization fosters gender inequality, since from my perspective what really matters is the way in which society itself understands this process and the way in which it evolves as a result of differential socialization being seen as a subtle and invisible process.

To understand differential socialization as a process that makes us live under paradigms where we mark differences is to know that differential socialization has diverse cognitive, behavioral and attitudinal styles.

Another influential implication within differential socialization is the moral codes, since society itself throughout its history has differentiated what is good and bad for each gender of the human species.

The process of differential socialization invites society to continue creating norms that often generate models assigned to the behavior of each person in accordance with his or her gender.

Conclusion

There is no doubt that differential socialization exists and most likely will always exist, it is an inevitable phenomenon in which society as a whole develops in terms of inequality, for this to have a sense of change must change the culture of today's society so that we end up being aware of the prejudices of this phenomenon, at least this would be a good initial step to achieve satisfactory changes.
