Windows 10 can't start stuck on white pixelated horizontal line in the middle of monitor fix
A while ago I ran into a problem while starting up my Windows 10 PC. After the initial loading screen, a thick white pixelated horizontal line appeared in the centre of the monitor and I couldn't do anything. Initially i thought the monitor was broken but this happened on multiple monitors.
