Environment a determinant for academic excellence.

Greetings Everyone!!
Today's writing is about how environment can either promote or alter academic excellence. Environment is known to be a setting of a person when it has to do with humans, It is in this setting different characters are displayed.

Environmental factor in academic excellence may have been unnoticed by many and for it not being noticed blames will be attributed to the child for the poor performance.

We are going to look at two different environment here which are:
• Home and
•The school environment

This particular environment has so much to do, when it comes to academic excellence.
As it is said that "Education begins at home" which means that for a child to excel in school the home factor has to influence it.
Looking at this home environment factors that should be considered should be the parents, occupation of parents, the "site" of the house and the friends of the child.

•The parent role here matters a lot because the parents are the one to start with the basic information the child needs to know, in cases where the parents are not educated the child ends up finding things hard in school and no body can assist the child in assignments at home.
The occupation of the parents may also either influence or alter the performance of the child. Situations were the parents work till night and don't have time to check if the child is performing well in school or not will alter the performance of the child.

•The site of the house also determines academic performance, i.e the people living in that surrounding, the kind of lifestyle around this environment may alter the child's performance.

•The friends of the child in the surrounding also determines. If it happens that the friends are playful and are not ready to learn it will alter the performance of the child.

The school environment
They are some school environment that doesn't encourage learning, in this case it may be from the school activities, infrastructure and probably the teachers.

If this home and school environments are noticed and given proper attention I feel academic excellence will be achieved.
