From a very young age, our children should go through a teaching stage in which they can learn some basic notions, all this with the intention that they can learn to think, we are all aware that one of the engines that activates thinking is philosophy, that is why by learning philosophy, our children can experience the positive effects that learning philosophy can bring them in childhood to learn mathematics more easily.

It is important to consider the learning as that fundamental entity so that we can from very small develop our mind, thanks to the education that we receive coming from the schools is that we can take autonomous and independent decisions that derive in that diversity of the knowledge, in which a great part of the people is made easy to study some subject in particular, for example there are children that it is facilitated better the understanding of the mathematics, and to other children it is facilitated m's l understanding of the letters. Learning mathematics requires a great cognitive and mental power, that is why the initial learning of philosophy helps to develop cognition from very early, things that help children in learning mathematics.

Although we try to find a point of balance to achieve that all children can see that all the subjects they take have the same difficulty of learning, we always go that there are external agents that facilitate the understanding of this balance, a change oriented to find a subject that can be added in the curriculum that feeds the performance for example of mathematics can be something useful from its beginnings.

Can we really learn to think from philosophy?

There is a reciprocity between learning philosophy and learning to think, is that when we know that thinking before acting is beneficial, then we intend to apply it in everything, if we teach it to our children, they can develop cognitive and thinking skills, which will progressively make them meditate before acting, and this is essential in learning mathematics, because in order to address a mathematical exercise is essential to first think about the variables of the exercise and its possible solutions, that before starting to solve the exercise.

Given this philosophical nature, I believe that it can greatly help us to learn to think from philosophy in order to approach mathematical conceptualizations and mathematical learning in general in a mature way.

It makes sense! In Math is associated to logical problems. Only know what are formulas and numbers doesn't help. Math problems are associated to life problems, so learning how to think to solve any type of life problem helps in Math as well.

So true. Children (from age 2-8) would learn better if you "speak their languages" including using daily livelihood to teach them.

Most at times, it is best to say, if Daddy gets 5 oranges for you and afterwards I come to you for 2 oranges because I have none. How many oranges would you have left?
This approach is quite better than just asking them 5-2, as it would save them lots of stress in trying to process the information, let alone attempting to find it's solution.

This type of example of oranges is perfectly influenced by the philosophy that our little ones can learn by doing.

Hello friend, certainly everything that is associated with mathematics are real life things, that is why philosophy contributes greatly.

Hello
It is an interesting proposal, to teach philosophy so that the knowledge in the numbers is more profitable and easier.

Hello friend, that is correct, even when analyzing the curriculum we realize that it also facilitates the understanding of topics that are in the order of mathematics as is the case of logic.

Greetings and thanks for commenting.

I have never really been good at math, I wish I had teachers who made me understand this article, maybe the situation would have been different.
