Hello dear and appreciated readers of hive, it is a pleasure for me to write to you today, regarding my daily work routine as a teacher, which today I perform from my home, due to the serious pandemic that we are going through worldwide, I hope you like it.

Hoy debido a esta terrible enfermedad (covid - 19), no estoy en aula con mis alumnos, ya que debemos cuidarnos para no contagiarnos. Por tal motivo el ministerio de educación creo una nueva modalidad de estudio a distancia, la cual es por medio de fotos, vídeos, correos,whatsapp entre otros. Logrando de este modo que el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje se cumpla desde el hogar sin problemas..
Today, due to this terrible disease (covid - 19), I am not in the classroom with my students, because we must take care not to get infected. For this reason the ministry of education created a new modality of distance learning, which is through photos, videos, emails, whatsapp among others. Thus achieving that the teaching and learning process is fulfilled from home without any problem.
El ser maestra, me ha dado muchas satisfacciones y alegrías como persona y profesional, el estar dentro de un aula de clases, con mis estudiantes es algo impresionante y de mucha responsabilidad, ya que tengo a mi cargo a 20 alumnos.
Being a teacher has given me many satisfactions and joys as a person and professional, being in a classroom with my students is something impressive and a great responsibility, since I am in charge of 20 students.
En educación inicial, que es mi especialidad trabajamos con 4 espacios de aprendizajes, los cuales son: Expresar y crear, armar y construir, representar e imitar y experimentar y descubrir, los niños deben cumplir diariamente su rutina de trabajo, el niño y la niña tiene la capacidad de elegir en que espacio van a trabajar. En cada uno de estos espacios los niños y niñas obtienen un aprendizaje significativo importante, para su desarrollo integral.
In early childhood education, which is my specialty, we work with 4 learning spaces, which are: expressing and creating, building and constructing, representing and imitating, and experimenting and discovering: Express and create, assemble and build, represent and imitate and experiment and discover, children must comply daily with their work routine, the child has the ability to choose in which space they will work. In each of these spaces, the children obtain significant learning that is important for their integral development.
A continuación les daré una demostración desde mi hogar, de lo que hacen mis alumnos en cada espacio de aprendizaje, cuando están dentro de el aula de clases.
I will now give you a demonstration from my home of what my students do in each learning space when they are in the classroom.

EXPRESAR Y CREAR: En este espacio el niño o niña tiene la facultad de expresar y crear libremente mediante un dibujo lo que siente, aquí es donde el niño o niña ponen a prueba su creatividad pinta, colorea, recorta, pega y realiza actividades sencillas como unir puntos.
En este espacio se encuentran los siguientes materiales.
Colores, tempera, hojas, marcadores, dibujos, plantillas de letras entre otros.
Normas a cumplir por los estudiantes en este espacio.
Los niños y niñas no deben rayar las mesas.
No deben derramar agua, pintura o tempera.
Deben de cuidar los materiales.
Trabajar en silencio.
EXPRESSING AND CREATING: In this space the child has the power to freely express and create through a drawing what he/she feels, this is where the child tests his/her creativity by painting, coloring, cutting, pasting and performing simple activities such as joining dots.
In this space you will find the following materials.
Colors, tempera, leaves, markers, drawings, letter stencils, among others.
Rules to be followed by the students in this space.
Children should not scratch the tables.
They must not spill water, paint or tempera.
They must take care of the materials.
Work in silence.

ARMAR Y CONSTRUIR: En este espacio el niño o niña tiene la capacidad de armar y construir con los legos aviones, carros, torres, edificios y también puede armar y desarmar rompecabezas de 4, 6, 8 hasta 10 piezas.
En este espacio se encuentran los siguientes materiales.
Legos o tacos de diferentes tamaños y grosores rompecabezas.
Normas a cumplir en este espacio.
No lanzar los tacos o legos.
No rayar las paredes.
No rayar las mesas.
ASSEMBLE AND BUILD: In this space the child has the ability to assemble and build with Legos airplanes, cars, towers, buildings and can also assemble and disassemble puzzles of 4, 6, 8 to 10 pieces.
In this space you will find the following materials.
Legos or blocks of different sizes and thicknesses puzzles.
Rules to be followed in this space.
Do not throw the blocks or legos.
Do not scratch the walls.
Do not scratch the tables.

REPRESENTAR E IMITAR: En este espacio el niño o niña tiene la capacidad de representar algún personaje o profesión que le guste por ejemplo se disfrazan de doctor, enfermera, obrero, maestra entre otros.
En este espacio se encuentran los siguientes materiales.
Cascos, bata de doctor, zapatos, estetoscopio y un sin fin de cosas más.
Normas a cumplir en este espacio.
No ensuciar o romper los disfraces.
Ordenar los disfraces después luego de utilizarlos.
REPRESENTING AND IMITATING: In this space the child has the ability to represent a character or profession that he/she likes, for example, dressing up as a doctor, nurse, worker, teacher, among others.
In this space the following materials are found.
Helmets, doctor's gown, shoes, stethoscope and many other things.
Rules to comply with in this space.
Do not dirty or break the costumes.
Put the costumes in order after using them.

EXPERIMENTAR Y DESCUBRIR: En este espacio el niño o niña tiene la capacidad de experimentar y descubrir cosas maravillosas como por ejemplo experimenta la transformación del agua, la cual cambia de color al agregarle un poco de pintura.
En este espacio se encuentran los siguientes materiales.
Agua, embudo, harina de trigo, pintura, tempera entre otros.
Normas a cumplir en este espacio de aprendizaje.
No derramar agua en el piso, ni en la mesa.
No llevarse ningún utensilio a la boca.
Ordenar los materiales y lavarlos después de usarlos.
EXPERIMENT AND DISCOVERY: In this space the child has the ability to experiment and discover wonderful things such as experiencing the transformation of water, which changes color when a little paint is added.
In this space the following materials are found.
Water, funnel, wheat flour, paint, tempera, among others.
Rules to be followed in this learning space.
Do not spill water on the floor or on the table.
Do not put any utensil in your mouth.
Order the materials and wash them after use.
Para culminar les digo que amo,quiero y aprecio mi trabajo, añoro regresar a mi salón de clases, para estar nuevamente con mis estudiantes, los cuales me hacen reír y disfruto a plenitud de sus ocurrencias y travesuras. Por ende estoy completamente segura, que escogí bien mi profesión soy maestra de vocación, porque aunque aquí en Venezuela no gane ni dos dolares quincenal, soy completamente feliz, solo al ver la cara de felicidad de mis niños y niñas, esa felicidad no tiene precio.
To conclude I would like to tell you that I love, want and appreciate my work, I long to return to my classroom, to be with my students again, who make me laugh and I fully enjoy their witticisms and antics. Therefore I am completely sure that I chose my profession well, I am a teacher by vocation, because although here in Venezuela I do not earn two dollars a fortnight, I am completely happy, just to see the happy faces of my children, that happiness is priceless.
