Well, it's not just about developing antibiotics. Side effects are also another concern.

It's not uncommon to see patients having some sort of penicillin-class allergy.

Allergy ist the one thing, but Life threatening inf ctions ist the other.

Multiresistant strains and superbugs are Killing more people thsn anaphylaxis by antibiotics.

Just remember that antibiotics are not without side effects. Some mild. Some not.

It adds to the challenge of getting the drugs approved.
