Thank you so much for reading my post and I am glad that you liked it. Hopefully it would help to improve your health. But you have to be consistent with that and shouldn’t expect any results earlier than 2-3 months.

I am not sure what kind of back pain you have but if it involves some kind of inflammation, turmeric is also highly recommended. I had an accidental injury, broke my spine, had multiple muscle tears and could barely walk. Turmeric helped a lot in healing and dealing with inflammation and pain.
