Good info brother...
I have a quick question, maybe you can clarify things....how does it work when you do some sort of sport that take a lot of energy? like for example cycling....its not possible to recover well if you do not eat a lot, how would that work? or if you do some endurance sport and you do that for couple of hours...and lets say you burnt around 3k calories - how would that impact your eating? you can only stor around 3k calories(thats what the say) so you obviously need to replace it once its burnt....
Can you please clarify? im very interested in it....
