Fried shrimp are very delicious and can make anyone addicted. In addition to being delicious, it turns out that shrimp has a very high protein composition that makes anyone full for a long time. It is not recommended for people who have uric acid because shrimp have a lot of purine.

What materials do you need to make Crispy Flour Fried Shrimp?

  • Shrimp 300 grams
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 100 grams Panir flour
  • 1 chicken egg
  • Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • Lemon
  • Cucumber
  • Salad
  • Water 150 ml
  • 300 ml of Cooking oil

How to make the dough:

  • 1 Chicken Egg, stir until melted
  • Put the pepper powder in the egg batter
  • Put 3 tablespoons of flour in the egg batter
  • All the ingredients for the dough are stirred evenly

How to Make Crispy Flour Fried Shrimp

  1. Clean the shrimp of dirt and redness. Leave some shrimp.
  2. Shrimp that have been cleaned, salt and lime juice sprinkled over
  3. Put the shrimp in the dough for 10 minutes and stir evenly so that all the dough sticks to the shrimp
  4. After the prawns are soaked with the batter, then dip the prawns into the Panir Flour in a circular manner so that they are evenly distributed.
  5. Heat the cooking oil in the wok
  6. After the dough is evenly distributed on the shrimp, fry it until it turns reddish yellow
  7. If it has a reddish yellow color, the shrimp is removed and put on a plate
  8. Put the Cucumber and Lettuce on the side so that the Shrimp Fried is interesting
  9. Crispy Fried Shrimp Can be enjoyed and best dipped in sauce so that it gives a very delicious taste
