Drink Chamomile Tea Three Times A Day

The UK's University of Nottingham Medical School, Euji University Hospital in South Korea, and the University of Pennsylvania found that chamomile reduces anxiety and depression.

It is recommended to drink at least three cups of chamomile tea a day to lower anxiety.
What's great about chamomile tea is that there are no side-effects and it is not addictive; unlike many anti- depressant medications.

Remember That You Are Only Human

There are only 24 hours in a day. Once you take sleeping, work, commute time, meal time, grocery shopping, and cleaning into consideration, most people only have a few hours left in the day. Handle the most important and most urgent tasks first. Don't overwhelm yourself.

There is a well-known scripture that says, "never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Each day has enough of its own problems."

Of course, there is nothing wrong with planning for the future but please remember to take one day at a time. Many of the worries that we have end up never happening. Since most of us can't tell the future, let's stop pretending to be psychics. Things may turn out better than we expect.

It is best to walk in green leafy areas. Studies have shown that people who take a walk where there are a large amount of trees and plants have lower stress hormone levels than people who walk in urban or city-like areas.

So if you can do so, take a walk in the park and say goodbye to anxiety.
