THE KEY TO WELLNESS THROUGH YOUR CHAKRAS
My view our chakra system's function
The link between our chakra system alignment and wellbeing is relatively new since more people are discovering alternative ways of healing their mind, body, and soul approaches. I value the functioning of our chakras and the importance it has on a person’s health and wellbeing. The chakra system can be viewed as gears that need to be continually spinning to allow the proper functioning of your system. In other words, just one malfunctioning gear can have an impact on your whole system.
Following this metaphor, I emphasize the importance of keeping up with the maintenance of the chakra system through proper care and attunement. This article will help you identify which chakras may need some attunements and some tips to keep your chakras inline and functioning correctly.
Before you begin reading this article, it is essential to state that it is a short book resume based on the information featured in the book: WHEELS OF LIFE by Anodea Judith. P.H. D. I figured it might be helpful for some people interested in alternative ways to approach their wellness. If you do have a chance to read this book, I highly recommend it, and it was beneficial for my growth on every level.

Breaking Inertia: Flow-through stagnation and break free from stagnation
Breaking Attachments: There is a reason for everything, and if after many failed attempts and maximum effort is put into something that keeps failing, try to move onto something different. It can be such a powerful experience of closing one door to see another one open.
Grounding: To be able to manifest power and will we need to be able to remain in the present and channel our energy.
Releasing blocked anger: Our will power can be blocked by repressed anger.
Increasing Information: Learning new things every day is a great way to avoid stagnation and encourage transformation. We are never too young or too old to learn new things about our world and ourselves.
Laughter: Being too serious and rigid can often make us lose touch of power and full potential. If we can’t laugh out the bad things, we remain stuck in the negative feelings from our failures. It is harder to learn from our failures if we focus only on the negative.
Breath of fire: It helps clean toxins from the body, increases our internal flame, and stimulates our upwards current.
Stomach crunches: Increase muscle tone in our abdomen located over the third chakra, and it may help tone digestive organs.
Laughing yoga: It helps to release the anger that may create a blockage in your third chakra.
Chakra Four (Heart)
“When all the knots of the heart are unloosened, then even here in this human birth, the mortal becomes immortal. This is the whole teaching of the scriptures”

Chakra Six (Third Eye)
Location: Center of the head slightly above eye level
Function: Seeing, intuition
Gland: Pineal
Other Body Parts: Eyes
Malfunction: Blindness, headaches, nightmares, eyestrain, blurred vision
Tips for proper care
Foods: Entheogens
Color Meditation: A simple visualization for healing and cleansing the chakras helps the inner eye to create and perceive color.
Photo blink: This is a simple way to get an idea of a person’s aura if you don’t currently have that ability. Stare a person for a few minutes, and then close your eyes to try to picture them in your mind. Once you see them in your mind, try to become aware of colors, objects, or symbols that may surround them.
Meditation: Focus on the third eye between your eyebrows and clear your mind until it is blank. Pay attention to how you feel, and if images/symbols come to you. You can also practice mental visualizations of your goals.

Following Your Thoughts: In a meditative state, pay attention to your thoughts, pick one, and dig deeper into where it came from and what you can learn from it.
My final thoughts
Finally, I find the chakra system so fascinating, and it proves just how powerful we are to be able to manifest everything in our lives. Unfortunately, many people don’t reach their full potential for manifestation because of internal blockages within their energy system. Also, not only do blockages inhibit manifestation, but they also create potential emotional, social, physical, and mental difficulties in your life. The author mentioned many other ways to stay in balance that I didn’t say in this article.

Hi @joseeb! You're so right, many people have forgotten that this incredible information and healing availability lies within our very own bodies and auras! I hope that soon this information becomes more and more widely accepted so we can heal the wounds society is carrying around.
Bless you for posting this!
Yes, I agree. I feel like are becoming more aware of their chakras because of yoga, like you said, hopefully, it becomes more widely accepted as an approach to healing.
Thank you for your comment
What a beautiful post that outlines the chakra system as a baseline for intuitive healing. I use to dismiss it as hippie gobbledygook until I begin to explore it in more depth. Understood as a metaphor comma and with links to physical systems and the issues we hold in our tissues I find the chakra intelligence an incredible way to dive deep into my own psychological and physical well-being.
I agree with you 100% and thank you for taking the time to read my article and for adding a comment :)
