Most Chinese companies normally steal the technology of others. If cheap smartphones weren't invented, it would be very unlikely for Chinese to mass-produce them.
What's worse is that you'll never know how much spyware is on their manufactured phones.

Yes, I agree but it is also true that the popular companies were also looting us by providing smartphones at high rates.
Yes, and they can still put spyware on their manufactured phones despite their high selling prices. Both the United States and China perform global surveillance, but at least there is some free speech left in the U.S.
