[EN-ES] A pigeon on its own

[ENGLISH] Hello friends..today I bring you some photos I took during a visit to a friend of mine.

Last weekend I was invited to spend a few days in a farm that is relatively far from the city, although I am not one of those people who really like to live in the countryside, I cannot deny that there is nothing more relaxing and pleasant than listening to the birds chirping, the sound of crickets in the silence of the night and the fireflies lit up the landscape... so of course I said yes.

We arrived on Saturday morning, precise and timely enough to be able to photograph this beautiful dove perched on top of a tree branch.

From this image what captivated me is the bird's upright pose, the tranquility with which it can stay for hours in the same place, waiting for its companion to arrive to take flight and while doing so it shares its peculiar sound that invades the whole place.

[ESPAÑOL] Hola amigos..el día de hoy les traigo unas fotos que hice durante la visita a un amigo mío.

El fin de semana pasado me invitaron a pasar unos días en una finca que está relativamente alejada de la ciudad, aunque no soy de esas personas que les guste mucho vivir en el campo no puedo negar que no hay nada más relajante y placentero que escuchar el trinar de los pájaros,el sonido de los grillos en el silencio de la noche y las luciérnagas alumbrado el paisaje... así que por supuesto dije que sí.

Llegamos el sábado en la mañana, lo preciso y oportuno como para poder fotografíar a esta hermosa paloma posada en lo alto de la rama de un árbol.

De esta imagen lo que me cautivó es la pose erguida del ave,la tranquilidad con la cuál puede mantenerse por horas en el mismo lugar, esperando que llegue su compañera para emprender vuelo y mientras lo hace nos comparte de su peculiar sonido que invade todo el lugar.
