Honestly, rewards are important! The presence or lack thereof of rewards could make or break the system. I was keen about Hive in general, but the reward allocation system has just been discouraging. Writing and researching is not easy. Without sustainable rewards, it would be hard to continue.
If making monthly prompts instead of weekly ones will help the community reward content writers, its nice.
I'm passionate about the growth of a medical community on the Blockchain, and we are stepping in the right direction. Just a few things here and there, and we'll be able to make the break.
I don't know if you've considered the community incubation programmes, or even reached out to whales with a proposal for some delegations.
You are absolutely right. Rewards are important. After all this is web 3.0
We believe everyone who makes an attempt to post for the sake of improving someone's health and adding to the medical libra is deserving of a reward.
We ll consider all you said and find ways to start rewarding worthy posts imidiately as much as we can. We call out for support too.
