I have always had low blood pressure,

But I liked your article and it can be helpful for many. πŸ‘Œ

Haha.. I usually associate this range of bp to very gentle and calm minded people. Plus the musicπŸ˜…πŸ˜….

It is good to be aware of it. It is one of the most important indicators of our health.

Thanks so much for the comment @mipiano Ma.

You are doing very well, keep up with the work and community.
You know, I will be checking sometimes the feed of Med-hive 😎

Oh, and I have a question. Who can post in the community? Just doctors or?
If someone has a lot of info and personal experience in a health condition, can that person post it here?

Exactly..

Posts can come inform of experiences, questions, inquiry, enlightenment and fun.

Anything medical really.
It is open to everyone.

Even the prompts are open to everyone Ma. Creativity and information is what really matters.

Thanks so much.

Thanks.

Though, I already have a question.
I know you have weekly prompts.
So does the post have to focus on that topic or it can be a different subject?

Well, maybe I can wait until the topic what I am interested in appears :))

No it doesn't.
The prompts are just to boost activities and engineer engagement on the community.

You can have your own post as well.
Maybe we ll make some clarifications on this in a post.

Ok, so it is like in hive open mic, we have a topic or given song for the week, but if someone joins with another song, it's kind of ok too :)))

Thanks for the clarifications @jaydr 😎

Exactly.. we got most of the inspiration from the hive openmic community.

Health experiences, questions, tips and all are welcomed.
Anyone can be a part of the community too and post.

But if you are posting about something science related, it is best to quote Referrences for further study or sourcing just like the usual on hive or stem.
And if no claims to confirm what was posted, let it be stated

The reason for this is to avoid wrong information being disseminated as health tips. A lot of medical problems are due to wrong tips from online sources.

We think with Drs onboard, good clarification, information and tips can be shared.

Yes, of course, I would quote the references (when using some ) and yes, I know that it is super important :)

Thanks @jaydr ;))
