La pandemia por Covid-19, ha trastocado nuestras vidas en múltiples sentidos, aspectos y escenarios; incluyendo los procesos educativos de todos los niveles a escala mundial. Las escuelas o facultades de medicina, no escaparon a este embate.
Mi admiración, respeto y reconocimiento por asumir el llamado y ejercer un papel activo, consciente del riesgo asumido. Prestaste ayuda y atención, diste esperanza, con alto compromiso social, fortaleciste valiosas competencias y eso es inestimable.
Al igual que tú perdí seres queridos y respetados, ellos vivirán en nuestras remembranzas.
Formamos parte de un momento transcendental e histórico, no todas las generaciones de profesionales de la salud, les toca vivir una pandemia de la magnitud de la que nos ha correspondido.
Somos un antes y después, con huellas imborrables, pero con muchas lecciones que contar y compartir.
