I specially loved the mentioning to how exercise can help improve sleep in their multiple ways, being Tai Chi, yoga, or anything that gets you moving ❣️ however, I just wanted to add that is NOT recommended to do exercise at least 30 minutes before bed-time (probably most of the people won't do it anyway).
Doing some deep breathing before sleep can be a great way to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and induce relaxation state and therefore sleep 😊
