Grass Spiders on its web

avatar

Grass spiders, also known as funnel-web spiders, are species that build funnel nets in the grass. I'm not sure about the scientific classification, but I can confirm it's in the Agelenidae family.

The picture was taken when the cobweb was exposed to sunlight, so the web reflected light.
