Hello friends. Today, I will share with you photos and information about the solar power plant (GES). These photos are of Diana Energy Gölhisar solar power plant located in Gölhisar district of Burdur, where I went while I was doing my internship at the university.
Merhaba arkadaşlar. Bugün sizlere güneş enerji santrali (ges) ili ilgili fotoğraflar ve bilgiler paylasacağım. Bu fotoğraflar üniversite de staj yaparken gitmiş olduğum Burdur 'un Gölhisar ilçesinde bulunan Diana Enerji Gölhisar güneş enerji santraline ait fotograflardır.
This power plant is operated by Diana Hotel Investments and Management Inc. It is a solar power plant. The installed dc power is 8.800.00kWp.
Bu santral Diana Otel Yatırımları ve İşletmeciliği A.Ş. ait bir güneş enerji santralidir. Kurulu dc gücü 8.800,00kWp dir.
The logic of electricity generation of solar panels is that, thanks to the semiconductors in the panels, electricity is produced by the placement of free electrons, which are activated by the energy they receive from the sun, into free cavities.
Güneş panellerinin elektriği üretme mantığı, panellerde bulunan yarı iletkenler sayesinde güneşten aldığı enerjiyle harekete geçen serbest elektronun serbest oyuklara yerleşmesiyle elektrik üretilir.
The sun-exposed parts of solar panels are covered with N-type semiconductors. The P-type semiconductor stays at the bottom of the N-type semiconductor. Photons from the sun's rays energize the n-type semiconductor and the free electron moves towards the P-type semiconductor. Electrons directed from the N-type semiconductor to the P-type semiconductor create a current and thus electricity is produced.
Güneş panellerinin güneş gören kısımları N tipi yarı iletkenlerle kaplıdır. P tipi yarı iletken N tipi yarı iletkenin alt kısmında kalır. Güneş ışınlarından gelen fotonlar n tipi yarı iletkeni enerjilenir ve serbest elektron P tipi yarı iletkene doğru harekete geçer. N tipi yarı iletkenden P tipi yarı iletkene yönelen elektronlar bir akım oluşturur ve böylelikle elektrik üretimi gerçekleşir.
