When the harvest period will soon arrive I was a little sad when I saw bird pests such as small birds or known as Pipit birds in this village eating young rice seedlings, therefore some people in my village always come early to see and repel these small birds in various ways to protect their rice, I saw some rice fields that prepared something to protect their rice from the attack of these bird pests, Look at the net that is stretched wide until it surrounds their rice, This is an extraordinary way, when this bird perches in the rice field will have difficulty entering because it is blocked by a net or trap.

Another method that can be seen around my rice fields is by preparing a Rangkang or seat made of makeshift wood in a special shape like a resting place when ready to chase away the small birds.

When the harvest season arrives, the water in the irrigation that flows into the rice fields will also enter a period of reduction, because the rice fields that will be harvested no longer need a lot of water, therefore the people who regulate the flow of water for the community's rice fields will stop the flow of water.

This is my daily life when I am about to enter the harvest period, I come to the rice fields every day to see and protect my rice plants from wild birds that eat my rice seeds. I hope that this year's harvest will be abundant and meet my family's economic needs...
