You plant 3 maize seeds together? Do you have a picture? I plant my corn in rows within a small patch. I think mine are coming up very nice this year. BTW: In Saskatchewan, where I live, there are also just 2 seasons. They are ice and drought. :-P

I will update with pictures in the coming days. So. you just plant a single seed in a hole? Here, the minimum is 2. People plant as high as 4 and thin it down to 3 or two before per stand flowing.
