I've known a couple of Elevator Tech type people, and they seemed to get along pretty well :)
Had a guy that lived next door for a couple of years and he made about double my journeyman mechanic's pay. Good guy, too.

Thanks a lot for your comment. There is money in repairing elevators especially taking up maintenance contract just the issue is the stress and the problems that comes along it worth a good pay for it.
