RE: Fear... do you see it? Fear... do you feel it? Fear... do you hear it? Fear... do you smell it? Fear... do you taste it?

All the downvotes on this post only prove your point. People are afraid of speech. Why try so hard to stamp out the very mention of viewpoints you disagree with? There's no point at all. Just leave a comment or ignore it and go about your day. This is not just simple dislike or disagreement. It is fear.

But fear of what? They will tell you that this is dangerous misinformation, that it might lead to a worsening of the pandemic, grandmas dying and all that. But I don't think they really believe that. How could they really, truly believe it when there's evidence all around them to the contrary? No, I think what they are really afraid of is that you might be right. What would it mean for them if you were? That everything they hold to be true is suspect. That their entire worldview is built upon fabrications and deceptions. That they allowed the last year of their lives to be wasted, for no appreciable benefit. That is truly the scariest thing for a lot of people.

Don't stop speaking the truth.

Hah. Yes, I got home last night after being out of town for a few weeks. I noticed those downvotes. One of them is fairly sizeable. It didn't change much. I shrugged it off and went to sleep. Driving 10+ hours takes it out of ya.
