Enjoyed reading your experiences regarding wireless earphones. I am not fan of using any headphone or earphone so my experiences are limited and I learned a few things from what you've shared.

I'm glad you liked the story of my experience, the hearing aids have helped me a lot, I recommend that you try them at least once to realize that it is a new world, but with responsibility and moderation, we don't want irritated ears haha.
My ears usually feels hot whenever I use one for more than 30 mins. I only use it when watching videos and movies where I want to fully understand what is being said.
Outside, I don't use it as I want to stay alert and aware of my surroundings. 🙂
