Google Keep: an app to keep you organized [ENG-ESP]

I am a person who loves to keep order and have a notion of the things I have to do in the day and week, I must admit I am old school and I love to write things down on paper, but I can't always carry an agenda wherever I go, so over the years I have tried several note apps for my phone, but since a month or so ago, I have tested Google Keep, an app that I had already read some reviews and made me curious, so I thought why not give it a try myself too.
This tool has several extremely useful functions that you can take advantage of: you can add text by voice, add images, add checkboxes and so on, no matter if your occupation is student, worker, or whatever the reason you need it, you will find a good support to save your information.
I am not the only one who has saved passwords or important things in an application like this, and for one reason or another, I lose the information I saved and it is frustrating to try to remember or look for ways to recover the most important things... One of the great points in favor of this application is that, by linking your notes with your Gmail account, your notes will not be lost in case you change your phone or delete the application.
Another feature of Google Keep that I found mind-blowing is that I can link my notes to my computer if I download the web app. I loved this feature because I tend to alternate between my phone and my computer throughout the day and it's great to be able to have the app tab open in case my phone is charging or I don't have it within reach at the moment.
As a student, I always have to keep an eye on the dates of activities and exams I have to submit, and while my phone's grade pad doesn't have a calendar or reminder alarm, this app does, and not only that, but I can pin notes or select and sort them by categories depending on my needs; for example, my tags are divided into 3 sections: Content or Reminders for Hive, Reminders for my Art account, and University Pending.
In terms of customization, Google Keep allows you to take a photo or select a photo from your gallery and add colors to your notes (and even offers a variety of themed backgrounds), which I think is great because I think it's another way to categorize information. If you like to draw or need to create a small sketch or outline of something, the application also has the function to add a drawing to your note, just click on this option offers a bar of brushes and colors that you can use to your liking and, once the design is done, you can continue adding a message or a note below it.
If you usually work with a team, you can use google keep to share your annotations with people who also have this application, add them as collaborators and thus, any change you make in it, will be reflected from their account and vice versa.
Overall, this is a tool that I consider very useful, with a variety of things that allow you to stay organized wherever you go, plus, it is very easy to use, just register your Gmail account and you don't worry about losing your notes; all functions, both organization and customization are available from the bottom bar on the home page and are also found when you open a new note.

Soy una persona que le encanta mantener el orden y tener una noción de las cosas que tengo que hacer en el día y la semana, debo admitir que soy de la vieja escuela y me encanta anotar las cosas en papel, pero no siempre puedo cargar con una agenda a donde vaya, así que a lo largo de los años he usado varias aplicaciones de notas para mi teléfono, pero desde hace un mes, más o menos, he puesto a prueba Google Keep, una aplicación de la que ya había leído algunas reseñas y me ocasionó curiosidad, así que pensé por qué no darle una oportunidad yo también.
Esta herramienta cuenta con varias funciones sumamente útiles y a las que se les puede sacar mucho provecho: puedes añadir texto por voz, agregar imágenes, añadir casillas de verificación y demás, no importa si tu ocupación es de estudiante, trabajador, o sea cual sea el motivo que necesites de ella, encontrarás un buen soporte para guardar tu información.
No soy la única que ha guardado contraseñas o cosas importantes en una aplicación como esta, y por un motivo u otro, pierdo la información que guardé y es frustrante intentar recordar o buscar las maneras de recuperar las cosas más importantes… Uno de los grandes puntos a favor de esta aplicación es que, al vincular tus notas con tu cuenta Gmail, tus notas no se perderán en caso que cambies de teléfono o elimines la aplicación.
Otra función de Google Keep que me pareció alucinante es que puedo vincular mis notas con mi computadora si descargo la aplicación web. Esta función me encantó porque suelo alternar entre mi teléfono y mi computadora durante el día y es genial poder tener la pestaña de la aplicación abierta en caso que mi teléfono se encuentre cargando o no lo tenga al alcance en el momento.
Como estudiante, siempre tengo que estar al pendiente de las fechas de las actividades y exámenes que debo presentar, y mientras el block de notas de mi teléfono no cuenta con calendario o alarma de recordatorio, esta aplicación sí, y no solo eso, sino que puedo fijar las notas o seleccionarlas y clasificarlas por categorías según sean mis necesidades; por ejemplo, mis etiquetas están dividas en 3 secciones: Contenido o recordatorios para Hive, recordatorios de mi cuenta de arte y Pendientes de la universidad.
En cuanto a personalización, Google Keep te permite tomar una foto o seleccionar una foto desde tu galería y añadir colores a tus notas (e incluso te ofrece una variedad de fondos temáticos), lo cual me parece muy bueno porque creo que es otra manera de categorizar la información. Si te gusta dibujar o necesitas crear un pequeño croquis o esquema de algo, la aplicación también cuenta con la función de añadir un dibujo a tu nota, tan solo dar clic en esta opción te ofrece una barra de pinceles y colores que puedes usar a tu gusto y, una vez realizado el diseño, puedes seguir añadiendo un mensaje o una nota debajo de ella.
Si sueles trabajar con un equipo, puedes usar Google Keep para compartir tus anotaciones con las personas que también cuentan con esta aplicación, añadirlas como colaboradores y así, cualquier cambio que realices en ella, se verá reflejada desde su cuenta y viceversa.
En general, esta es una herramienta que considero muy útil, con una gran variedad de cosas que te permiten mantenerte organizado sea donde sea que vayas, además, es muy fácil de usar, tan solo registrar tu cuenta Gmail te despreocupas de perder tus anotaciones; todas las funciones, tanto las de organización como personalización están disponibles desde la barra inferior en la página principal y también se encuentran al abrir una nueva nota.

Llevo como dos años usándola religiosamente, de hecho, la mayoría de mis post los redactó desde allí, sirve para crear listas y mantener recordatorios, es simple pero súper útil, me alegra ver qué le dan el reconocimiento que se merece jajaja
Ooh, fascinante, no había pensado en la idea de usarla para redactar mis post, pero creo que tiene mucho sentido y quizá empiece a hacerlo ahí también. Si lleva dos años usándola, es porque la aplicación no decepciona!
