No sé qué hacer con esta falla | Samsung Galaxy A03 [Es-En]
Hace tiempo compartí con la comunidad la felicidad de mi nuevo teléfono, el cual fue un regalo especial porque lo estaba necesitando. Allí les conté todo sobre el teléfono y que fue lo que más disfruté en el momento. Pero aprovecho la oportunidad para hablarles de mi experiencia de uso. En su mayoría, el teléfono me ha gustado bastante, sobre todo porque cubrió la necesidad que tenía y un poco más. Es muy rápido y tiene una diversidad de temas y posibilidades para personalizarlo.
Cada cierto tiempo llegan nuevas actualizaciones y aprovecho de tenerlas al día para el mejor funcionamiento. La batería me ha tenido muy contenta porque dura muchísimo, incluso cuando le queda poco porcentaje, puedo irme segura con poca batería y el teléfono no se descarga, incluso jugando todo el día dura bastante.
Y hablando de los juegos, eso también me ha gustado, mis anteriores teléfonos no soportaban ciertos juegos y se quedaban pegados o comenzaba a recalentarse, pero hasta ahora he podido disfrutar de mis juegos con tranquilidad.

Algo que disfrute mucho del teléfono cuando lo probé por primera vez fue de su sonido, a mí me encanta la música y este teléfono sonaba muy duro. Por supuesto no lo uso como si fuese un parlante, para eso lo conecto a mí Parlante MS-2648BT que por cierto también me salió muy bueno, pero cuando escuchas un video te gustaría que suene bonito y con suficiente volumen, o que te llamen y se escuche así este en el cuarto escondido en un bolso jeje.
Así que hasta ahora estaba muy feliz con mi teléfono, pero hace unos días comenzó con una falla y es que se silencia o se escucha muy bajito, así el volumen este al máximo, además de eso, los videos se quedan pegados al comienzo y después de unos segundos reacciona; no pareciera ser mucho problema, pero cuando se trata que estás viendo tiktok ya te pierdes gran parte del video esperando que reaccione.
Con YouTube me pasa que cuando adelanto un video de 10 s en 10 s se silencia, y es un proceso para que se vuelva a escuchar, casi siempre tengo que salirme del video y ponerlo otra vez. Pero esto del sonido también me pasa usando cualquier app que reproduzca música.
Una vez me paso usando la app de Zoom, que estando en una reunión me entro una llamada y luego de eso el teléfono quedo con el volumen al mínimo y por más que le subiera no lograba escuchar casi nada, pero en caso de Zoom yo creo que es por los permisos para usar el sonido del teléfono, así que no sé si es otra aplicación que tenga en el teléfono que me esté afectando en esto.
Llegue a pensar que una de las cornetas del teléfono se había dañado, pero al acercarme las escuchaba sonar pero bajito, y lo otro es que no siempre está así, jeje le da la falla por ratos. Así que todo esto me dejó sin saber que es jeje.

Quería grabarles un video para mostrarles, pero la falla no se dejó grabar jeje, de seguro después que publique aparece de nuevo jeje.
Lo cierto es que tengo la duda si a alguien más le ha pasado esto con este teléfono y que me pueda orientar, de pronto tenga una configuración del sonido mal o con permisos que produzcan esto. Si conoces sobre esto, por favor déjame tu opinión en los comentarios, porque hasta ahora estaba tan contenta con mi teléfono y no quisiera tener que cambiarlo.

Some time ago I shared with the community the happiness of my new phone, which was a special gift because I was in need of it. But I'll take this opportunity to tell you about my experience using it. For the most part, I liked the phone quite a bit, mostly because it filled the need I had and then some. It is very fast and has a diversity of themes and possibilities to customize it.
From time to time new updates arrive and I take advantage of having them up to date for the best performance. The battery has kept me very happy because it lasts a lot, even when it has little percentage left, I can leave safely with little battery and the phone is not discharged, even playing all day lasts long enough.
And speaking of the games, I liked that too, my previous phones did not support certain games and would get stuck or start to overheat, but so far I have been able to enjoy my games with peace of mind.

One thing I really enjoyed about the phone when I first tried it was the sound, I love music and this phone sounded really hard. Of course I don't use it as a speaker, for that I connect it to my MS-2648BT-speaker which by the way also came out very good, but when you listen to a video you would like it to sound nice and loud enough, or to be called and heard even if it is in the room hidden in a bag hehe.
So until now I was very happy with my phone, but a few days ago it started with a flaw and it is that it mutes or it sounds very low, even if the volume is at maximum, besides that, the videos are stuck at the beginning and after a few seconds it reacts; it does not seem to be much of a problem, but when you are watching tiktok you miss a big part of the video waiting for it to react.
With YouTube it happens to me that when I fast forward a video of 10 s in 10 s is muted, and it is a process to be heard again, almost always I have to leave the video and play it again. But this sound thing also happens to me using any app that plays music.
Once it happened to me using the Zoom app, that while I was in a meeting I got a call and after that the phone was with the minimum volume and even if I turned it up I could not hear almost nothing, but in the case of Zoom I think it is because of the permissions to use the sound of the phone, so I do not know if it is another application that I have on the phone that is affecting me in this.
I came to think that one of the phone's speakers had been damaged, but when I approached the phone I heard them sound but low, and the other thing is that it is not always like that, hehe it gives the failure at times. So all this left me not knowing what it is hehe.

I wanted to record a video to show you, but the failure was not allowed to record hehe, for sure after I publish it appears again hehe.
The truth is that I have the doubt if anyone else has had this happen with this phone and that can guide me, maybe I have a bad sound settings or permissions that produce this. Existe la posibilidad de que le haya caído agua al altavoz? 🤔.
Será que ocurrió después que actualízate el sistema operativo?
🤔 sii... estoy pensando que sea una falla en alguna actualización, lo del agua no creo...
Pasa que cuando se actualiza el sistema operativo suele haber errores, por ello sacan otras versiones para solucionarlos. Es posible que te haya pasado eso.
Mi teléfono a veces pasa que se le baja el volumen solo, pero aún así se sigue escuchando, pero esto no pasa tan seguido. Ojalá que no sea nada grave en tu caso y que se puede solucionar de alguna manera para que disfrutes al 100% de tu equipo.

Hola amiga, de esta marca de teléfono no sé mucho, así que no sé que pueda suceder con tu dispositivo y se nota que tienes todo el volumen full y cada uno de los espacios de sonidos. No has probado en actualizarlo para ver si mejora y todo vuelve a la normalidad, como también probarlo en la corneta para ver si tiene la misma calidad de sonido. Espero que puedas solventar lo antes posible, saludos.
Muchas gracias amigo @davidpena21, voy a tomar eso en cuenta...estaré pendiente de las nuevas actualizaciones para ver si es una falla en las actualizaciones.
Sobre este dispositivo como tal, no sabría darte a ciencia cierta el motivo claro de por qué le sucede eso, pero estoy seguro de que alguien de la comunidad podrá asesorarte mejor al respecto, en todo caso, una solución digamos radical, que te lo dejo como última opción, es poner el dispositivo de fabrica, por supuesto haciendo su respectivo respaldo. Pensé en cierto punto que era problema de ram, pero tu dispositivo es de 4GB de RAM así que allí claramente no está el problema, podría ser que el software de sonido tuvo errores en alguna de las actualizaciones, por ello mi recomendación sobre ponerlo de fabrica, pero como bien te digo, espera a más sugerencias y asesorías, alguien seguro dará con el clavo, saludos!

Acabo de comprar este modelo de teléfono, tiene un año de garantía ojala no tenga fallas a futuro como el tuyo ojala puedas solucionar.
Esperamos no... en general este teléfono me ha salido muy bueno, por lo que me vienen diciendo en los comentarios es aparentemente una falla en una de las actualizaciones, así que con otra se soluciona... Espero que tu equipo te salga muy bueno y que lo disfrutes bastante.
