I can actually relate with what you are saying when you said sometimes our plan A might later come as plan B, because it has happened to me before when I wanted to get a phone and a laptop, I was planning to get a laptop first but things change and I later got a phone

I understand what you say, having planned something, we end up doing something else because circumstances dictate so.
More important is to re-plan and put what was priority A back to its place and fight for it.
