Un saludo muy cariñoso para los valiosos miembros de esta mi comunidad, espero que el éxito los acompañe y se hagan realidad sus metas y proyectos. Estoy disfrutando en estos momentos de una bebida energética saludable y cien por ciento natural gracias a mi nueva máquina Bullet Express

Considero que invertir en nuestra salud es vital ya que al fin y al cabo necesitamos estar saludables para poder trabajar divertimos y también para estar ahí apoyando y dando lo mejor de nosotros a nuestros seres queridos. En vista de lo anterior últimamente he pensado en tener una alimentación más balanceadas a que incluya muchos vegetales y extracto de zumo de frutas. Los jugos naturales tienen enormes beneficios para nuestra salud ya que el liquido contiene la mayor parte de los nutrientes vitaminas y minerales que se encuentran en las frutas y los vegetales.
Me gustan los zumos de frutas y vegetales porque según algunos estudios pueden reducir el riesgo de padecer cáncer, estimulan el sistema inmune de nuestro cuerpo mientras eliminan toxinas nocivas para la salud además que aceleran la digestión y ayudan a perder peso.
Normalmente cuando preparaba un jugo en la licuadora perdía mucho tiempo ya que aparte de lavar bien las frutas y vegetales tenia que quitarles las cascara picarlos en cuadros, agregarle azúcar y mucha agua. Esta hace que la bebida pierda nutrientes y sea menos saludable.

Todo esto se soluciono con la maquina procesadora Bullet Express la cual tiene múltiples utilidades. Por un lado, podemos realizar ensaladas de manera instantánea también amasar harinas y la parte que le doy mas uso tiene una juguera con la cual preparar bebidas variadas y sumamente nutritivas.

I believe that investing in our health is vital because at the end of the day we need to be healthy to be able to work, have fun and also to be there supporting and giving the best of ourselves to our loved ones. In view of the above, lately I have been thinking about having a more balanced diet that includes lots of vegetables and fruit juice extracts. Natural juices have enormous benefits for our health since the liquid contains most of the nutrients, vitamins and minerals found in fruits and vegetables.
I like fruit and vegetable juices because according to some studies they can reduce the risk of cancer, stimulate our body's immune system while eliminating toxins that are harmful to our health, speed up digestion and help us lose weight.
Normally when I used to prepare a juice in the blender I used to waste a lot of time because apart from washing the fruits and vegetables I had to remove the peel, chop them into squares, add sugar and a lot of water. This makes the drink lose nutrients and is less healthy.

All this was solved with the Bullet Express food processor, which has multiple uses. On the one hand, we can make salads instantly, also knead flour and the part that I use the most has a juicer with which to prepare varied and highly nutritious drinks.

A continuación, les comparto una bebida refrescante y que depura el organismo totalmente elimina las toxinas y si se consume en ayunas muchos la usan para adelgazar. Es muy fácil de preparar solo coloco los ingredientes bien lavados y enteros en la maquina procesadora y coloco un vaso en el desagua de la juguera. No hay que pelar los alimentos ya que los desperdicios quedan en un recipiente especial de la juguera para luego descartarlos.
Los ingredientes son:
Un pepino grande
Un tallo de apio
Dos limones
Una zanahoria

Si pueden hacerlo se lo recomiendo y siempre es recomendable limpiar el organismo ya que la comida chatarra que ingerimos y algunos contaminantes del medio ambiente pueden perjudícanos lentamente. Si invertimos todos los días en la salud al fina nos estaremos ahorrando mucho dinero.

Con esto me despido, hoy quise presentarles mi nuevo procesar de jugos que con esfuerzo pude adquirir. Pero no lo veo como un gasto sino como una inversión.
