Hi all friends of geek zone how are you? I'm Josuerr29 in this opportunity I come ahead with you to bring another tutorial in which I show a disassembly and repair of a tablet Lenovo tp-10

She came to my workshop by a failure And is that simply did not load however in this video I will show you How to disassemble and also how to solve this problem

The tools we need will be:

  • A small plastic spatula about the size of two thumbs together.
  • Phillips screwdriver
  • A slotted screwdriver
  • A copper wire
  • Tin
  • Soldering iron
  • A small voltage clamp for repairing telephone equipment.
  • A multimeter

Disassembly.

  1. With the plastic trowel that you have in your hand you will begin to lift little by little the whole bezel of the equipment, it has to be with the plastic trowel since if you do it with an iron tip you could deform the plastic bezel of the equipment.
  2. Then you have to go lifting the bezel of the equipment with the help of the screwdriver of palette when you have already done it you will see discovered the casing that protects the plate.
  3. With the Phillips screwdriver you will have to remove each one of the screws that glue this protector of the casing to the board.
  4. After lifting this protector from the board, the board will be uncovered.
  5. We will begin to remove all the flex that are, only mind those that do not carry welding, we begin with the flex of the tactile one that this in the superior part, then the flex of the screen that is in the right part and then the flex of the battery that are the low part, later the one of the volume button and power that this left part and then the flex of the earphone that is in the superior part.
  6. When you have lifted everything that you should you can freely begin to lift the plate very carefully and you can also lift the battery.

Here you will already see the board and the battery out of the unit is disassembled.

Solution:

  1. With the multimeter we have to locate the positive leg of the charge pin also the positive leg of the battery pin.
  2. After we have done that we have to lift very gently the positive leg of the charging pin.
  3. We have to solder a tip of our copper wire to the leg that we lifted of the pin of load.
  4. with much care of which this copper wire does not touch any other component because we will place special sealing glue to him and we will make the bridge of this copper wire Asia the positive leg of the pin of the battery.
  5. already having done this it checks that this copper wire is not touching any component of the plate and it is isolated.

Technical explanation

Without this solution our charging pin voltage when it enters the board is shorted or the Power IC has a problem. When we lift the leg of the charging pin and isolate the copper wire we would be doing that the voltage does not enter the board but it will go directly to the battery pin thus directly charging the battery pin.

Secondary results.

Since it would be fully charging our device I would recommend that you do not leave it too long charging, with about 20 minutes is fine. charge the device off and another thing is that you also place is an electronic protector to the charger to avoid any excess voltage.

Solution.
