Saludos amigos de Geek Zone, hace mucho tiempo que no pasaba por acá para hacer una publicación. Recientemente he adquirido algunos productos para presentarlos y hoy estoy de vuelta haciendo un pequeño unboxing de un Smart TV que compré en la tienda Multimax de mi natal Cumaná, Estado Sucre.
Aunque no lo crean, esto para mí es un gran logro, puede que no sea algo muy grande o espectacular a la vista de muchos, pero para mí sí lo es. Resulta que por el año 2016, unos intrusos irrumpieron en mi vivienda y me robaron un Smart TV de 32 pulgadas de la marca Samsung que había adquirido en Amazon por el costo de 370$. Junto con el también se llevaron un Blu-Ray 3D del mismo fabricante, fue un golpe bajo para mí y la verdad por la situación país que atravesamos pensé que nunca más podría comprar otro TV.
Ahora bien, me fui a la tienda Multimax ubicada en el Centro Comercial Hipergalerías, aquí venden de todo y los televisores inteligentes son el bombazo del momento. La tienda es muy concurrida porque venden los productos a precios bastante asequibles en comparación a otros comercios. Se puede ver a todas horas personas llevando electrodomésticos y Smart TV de todos los tamaños y modelos.
Yo me incliné por un Smart TV de 32 pulgadas de la marca japonesa JVC, muy recomendada por los vendedores en comparación al Stock de Vizio, Aiwa y Kodak que posee la tienda. Una de las ventajas que ofrece es que el sistema operativo es mucho más sencillo de operar. Además, he escuchado buenas opiniones de JVC, eso sí, nunca la había oído nombrar para serles sincera, para mí era nueva, pero para mi sorpresa mi padre me dijo que esa marca tiene años en el mercado.
El televisor tuvo un costo en VES de 1296,81, equivalente a 150$, aproximadamente 328.30 HIVE de acuerdo a la tasa de cambio de la pasarela Orinoco para aquel momento (hace 1 semana). El aparato tiene garantía limitada según me explicó el vendedor, 5 días por tienda y 1 año a nivel de fabricante. Esto significa que cualquier defecto debía ser reportado dentro de los 5 días, así que no perdí tiempo para probarlo, incluyendo el funcionamiento del control remoto que no tenía garantía, por eso no lo prueban en la tienda, solo el televisor.
La prueba del Smart TV consistió en encenderlo, verificar el estado de la pantalla, que se encontrara en buen estado, sin raspaduras o fisuras que indicaran golpes y que todos los accesorios estén completos. Por lo tanto, la primera apertura de la caja se hizo en tienda.
Unboxing
Al llegar a casa hice el desempaquetado, la caja describe por ambas caras el producto, sus especificaciones e información de manufactura. No tiene un asa en medio de la parte superior como otras cajas, solo dos orificios en los laterales para poder sostenerlo con firmeza y facilitar el traslado. Al abrir la caja lo primero que encontré fueron los protectores de anime y las patas o soportes del televisor.
El Smart TV venía envuelto en una bolsa transparente y lisa, no era la típica con burbujas antigolpes, pienso que esto es un fallo ya que se trata de un producto frágil y debería tener más protección. La pantalla tenía su plástico protector que se le podía quitar y no influye en la garantía.
Luego exploré los accesorios, una bolsa con su cierre que incluye:
-Manual del usuario en inglés y español.
-Certificado de garantía limitada.
-Tornillos para la base del TV, en total 6 (uso efectivo 4).
-Control remoto.
-Baterías, 2.
-Un cable de entrada AV.

Cumple con lo que promete
No podía faltar hacer una prueba sencilla, lo más básico a ver qué tal funciona y puedo decir que por su costo asequible es una buena compra. No hice una ensayo profundo del TV, no obstante, por lo poco que puede acceder afirmo con toda certeza que pasó la prueba. El control remoto funciona a la perfección al igual que el TV, que pese a tener resolución HD y no 4K, ofrece buena calidad de imagen, además no pierde la nitidez si vemos la pantalla de lado.
En el control remoto tenemos acceso directo a las aplicaciones favoritas como Netflix, Youtube, Prime video y Google Play, al igual que en la pantalla de inicio del TV.
Cuenta con Chromecast integrado para sincronizar el contenido de nuestro Smartphone con el televisor, algo que me parece sencillamente genial. Cuando tenía el TV Samsung tuve que adquirir este dispositivo por separado, al final lo terminé vendiendo. Otras de las funciones que posee es el mando por voz, bueno, eso no me consta porque no lo he probado, realmente tengo que verificarlo porque en la tienda me dijo un vendedor que si lo tenía, otro me dijo que no, que era solo exclusivo para modelos más grandes. El manual dice que cuenta con esa función, pero de esa duda saldré más adelante.
Decidí ubicar el Smart TV en una mesa alargada que tenía en la sala, no lo quiero en la pared, por ahora me resulta muy cómodo el espacio seleccionado para ver mis pelis y series. Lo que si es que debo comprar un regulador del voltaje, me lo recomendaron en lugar de un protector.
Esto ha sido todo amigos, pronto estaré por aquí mostrando otro dispositivo tecnológico, como siempre, en pro de mejorar, avanzar y hacernos la vida más sencilla. Hasta una próxima oportunidad.

Greetings friends of Geek Zone, it's been a long time since I've been here to make a post. Recently I have acquired some products to present and today I'm back doing a little unboxing of a Smart TV I bought at the Multimax store in my native Cumana, Sucre State.
Believe it or not, this for me is a great achievement, it may not be something very big or spectacular in the eyes of many, but for me it is. It turns out that by the year 2016, some intruders broke into my home and stole a 32-inch Smart TV of the Samsung brand that I had purchased on Amazon for the cost of $ 370. Along with it they also took a 3D Blu-Ray from the same manufacturer, it was a low blow for me and the truth for the country situation we are going through I thought I could never buy another TV again.
Now, I went to the Multimax store located in the Hipergalerías Mall, here they sell everything and smart TVs are the bombshell of the moment. The store is very crowded because they sell the products at quite affordable prices compared to other stores. You can see at all hours people carrying appliances and Smart TVs of all sizes and models.
I opted for a 32-inch Smart TV from the Japanese brand JVC, highly recommended by the sellers compared to the stock of Vizio, Aiwa and Kodak that the store owns. One of the advantages it offers is that the operating system is much simpler to operate. Also, I have heard good opinions of JVC, yes, I had never heard of it to be honest, for me it was new, but to my surprise my father told me that this brand has been in the market for years.
The TV had a cost in VES of 1296.81, equivalent to 150$, approximately 328.30 HIVE according to the exchange rate of the gateway Orinoco for that moment (1 week ago). The device has limited warranty as explained to me by the seller, 5 days per store and 1 year at manufacturer level. This means that any defect had to be reported within 5 days, so I wasted no time to test it, including the operation of the remote control which had no warranty, that's why they don't test it in the store, only the TV.
The test of the Smart TV consisted of turning it on, verifying the condition of the screen, that it was in good condition, without scratches or cracks that indicated blows and that all accessories are complete. Therefore, the first opening of the box was done in store.
Unboxing
Upon arriving home I did the unboxing, the box describes on both sides the product, its specifications and manufacturing information. It does not have a handle in the middle of the top like other boxes, only two holes on the sides to hold it firmly and facilitate the transfer. When I opened the box the first thing I found were the anime protectors and the legs or supports of the TV.
The Smart TV came wrapped in a transparent and smooth bag, it was not the typical one with anti-shock bubbles, I think this is a flaw because it is a fragile product and should have more protection. The screen had its protective plastic that could be removed and does not affect the warranty.
Then I explored the accessories, a zippered bag that includes:
-User manual in English and Spanish.
-Limited warranty certificate.
-Screws for the TV base, 6 in total (effective use 4) .
-Remote control.
-Batteries, 2.
-AV input cable.

Delivers what it promises
I could not fail to make a simple test, the most basic to see how it works and I can say that for its affordable cost is a good buy. I did not make a deep test of the TV, nevertheless, for the little that can access I affirm with all certainty that it passed the test. The remote control works perfectly as well as the TV, which despite having HD resolution and not 4K, offers good picture quality, also does not lose sharpness if we see the screen sideways.
On the remote control we have direct access to favorite apps such as Netflix, Youtube, Prime video and Google Play, just like on the TV home screen.
It has Chromecast integrated to synchronize the content of our Smartphone with the TV, something that I think is simply great. When I had the Samsung TV I had to buy this device separately, in the end I ended up selling it. Another of the functions it has is the voice command, well, that is not known to me because I have not tried it, I really have to verify it because in the store I was told by a seller that if I had it, another told me no, that it was only exclusive for larger models. The manual says that it has that feature, but I will get out of that doubt later.
I decided to place the Smart TV in an elongated table that I had in the living room, I don't want it on the wall, for now I find the selected space very comfortable to watch my movies and series. What I do have to buy is a voltage regulator, it was recommended to me instead of a protector.
