Buenos días comunidad de hive con esta información vamos contar con las herramientas si necesitan actualizar tu computadora de escritorio, será de gran apoyo. Generalmente solo actualizamos el sistema operativo, con esta guía podemos actualizar los componentes. Que podemos actualizar procesador, memoria RAM, tarjeta de video, disco duro. Vamos hablar de estas opciones que tenemos cuando queremos cambiar de componentes, compatible o incompatible.
Mediante el programa CPUID CPU-Z podemos ver el modelo de la tarjeta madre sin necesidad de destapar nuestra computadora con este programa vamos a ver qué modelo es nuestra placa madre anotando ese modelo buscamos por internet ubicamos la página oficial de la tarjeta madre y podemos ver sus características. Otra opción si compramos la tarjeta madre en una tienda y guardamos la caja podemos ver que componentes son compatibles con nuestra tarjeta madre.

La BIOS colocando componentes anteriores al año de la placa madre no vamos a tener problema van a reconocer sin ningún problema.
Que debemos tomar en cuenta si quieren actualizar la BIOS primero deben tener un UPS porque cuando actualizamos si la luz te la cortan pueden dañar la tarjeta madre. Descargar de la página oficial del fabricante de la tarjeta madre. Tener un pendrive pasar el archivo y seguir los pasos que nos indican, cada fabricante de tarjeta madre tiene su comando distinto unos para realizarlo debes pulsar f9 al inicio otros f5 cada modelo y fabricante tiene sus comando diferente.

Pero no me voy enfocar en el tema porque son computadoras actuales y este tema no lo abarca porque para las computadoras actuales. Esos equipos recién comprados las personas inversión y no necesitara actualizar.
Para concluir con los procesadores sabemos si tenemos gama baja podemos ir gama media y gama alta, todo depende de cuánto dinero dispongamos para invertir en nuestra computadora y de acuerdo a nuestras necesidades.

Cuando me refiero a memora RAM si tenemos una placa ddr2 con 2 RAM lo máximo que podemos actualizar es hasta 4 RAM si cuenta con 2 módulos o ranuras, si tiene 4 ranuras podemos llevarla hasta 8 RAM pero son poco común esa placas que son compatible con esa generación.
Con placas ddr3 cada módulo soporta hasta de 8 RAM. Dependiendo de la generación de la placa es decir si tiene 4 módulos soporta hasta 32 RAM si tiene 2 módulos soporta hasta 16 RAM si colocamos memorias 8 RAM que es la máxima capacidad en ddr3 pero generalmente se consigue son memorias 2 RAM y 4 RAM ddr3.
Cuando hablamos de ddr4 esas memorias son 4 RAM 8 RAM 16gb RAM y 32 RAM pero podemos decir son computadoras actuales y para saber cuándo es el máximo dependiendo de nuestra placa madre. Actualmente memorias RAM ddr5 lo actual.

Disco duro podemos colocar disco duro mecánico, disco duro sólido, m.2. En el mercado tenemos estas distintas opciones y entre más actual es mayor rendimiento y velocidad.

Dependiendo de programas, juegos o diseño debemos ir mejorando para obtener mejor rendimiento cualquier duda que se les presente tengo la disposición de ayudarlos y asesorar cuál es su mejor opción este post para cualquier comentario o duda para los que tienen pensado en adquirir o actualizar sus componentes. Como ven en la caja dice que soporta procesadores de 8va generación por eso les menciono lo de la BIOS porque en mi caso la actualice la tarjeta madre y estoy utilizando un procesador de i3 de novena generación por eso debemos ir a la página oficial del fabricante y chequear las actualizaciones de BIOS que siempre nos traen beneficios.

Buen post, lo único que te recomendaría es que distribuyas mas las fotos para que no hayas grandes zonas con mucho texto y otras con muchas fotos, de esta manera el que lee tiene un respiro entre párrafo y párrafo. Por lo demás muy bien, admiro que te animes a tocar los componentes de la computadora, yo aprendí lo basico a prueba y error y tristemente mi error fue quemar una tarjeta grafica.
