In my opinion, when it comes to keyboards that come by default with the OS of the phone is better, because downloading external keyboards or with customization (or customize the one you have) consumes a lot of ram and resources, which slows down your phone, it is best to go for the simple because a phone keyboard is not a pc keyboard that is more customizable without affecting the performance of the pc.

SwiftKey is better than Gboard in that matter. Just look at this:
I use SwiftKey a lot more. The only problem is that Gboard can't actually be deleted. But makes sense. It would be a terrible situation if you can't write in your phone.
