Induction stove, 100% recommended

Tuve la oportunidad de tener una cocina de inducción de 1 hornilla cuando vivía en Cuba y amé la rapidez con cocinaba los alimentos, el ahorro de electricidad y sus funciones que me facilitaban el tiempo en la cocina, así que me prometí a mí misma tener una cocina de inducción donde esté y así fue, compre mi cocina por tan solo 50$.

I had the opportunity to have a 1-burner induction cooktop when I lived in Cuba and I loved the speed with which it cooked food, the electricity savings and its functions that made my time in the kitchen easier, so I promised myself to have an induction cooktop wherever I am and so I did, I bought my cooktop for only $50.

Si comparamos el precio de las cocinas eléctricas normales de resistencia, nos damos cuenta que no es mucha la diferencia. Pero en mi opinión, es preferible pagar un poco más por la cocina de inducción que durará mucho más tiempo, ahorrará energía y tiempo y espacio ya que podría hacer de arrocera y de otras ollas eléctricas.

If we compare the price of normal electric resistance stoves, we realize that there is not much difference. But in my opinion, it is preferable to pay a little more for the induction stove that will last much longer, save energy and time and space as it could act as a rice cooker and other electric cookers.

Con la compra de la cocina me obsequiaron un juego de ollas de acero compatibles con el lector de la cocina. Para ser honesta, las ollas son muy sencillas, tienen un bello color vinotinto que me encanta pero mi experiencia con este tipo de material me dice que son de poca calidad. No me preocupa porque tengo un juego de ollas de acero inoxidable que la cocina lee perfectamente.

With the purchase of the stove I was given a set of steel pots compatible with the stove reader. To be honest, the pots are very simple, they have a beautiful vinotint color that I love but my experience with this type of material tells me that they are of poor quality. I'm not worried because I have a set of stainless steel cookware that the stove reads perfectly.

It may be that you can get a high end induction cooktop in the market but at this price and with the quality and options that my cooktop offers it is possible that not, since before deciding to buy it I did a research on the brand and it offers spare parts and technical service with ease so I do not worry about it.

Para el momento de publicar este post, tengo 1 mes de estar usando mi cocina de inducción y les digo que la recomiendo al 100%. Buen precio, ollas de regalo, ahorra tiempo, espacio y energía.
