Crea la paleta de colores para tu marca con Adobe Color // Create the color palette for your brand with Adobe Color

Huge love to everyone, it is a pleasure to bring to this community a content that has nothing to do with games. Since I joined Hive (July 19 will be five months) I have not stopped learning, from you, from everyone, it is what we could call collective intelligence, and this is precisely what drives me to create content, to be part of that intelligence that manifests itself every day through Hive.
One of the things I always hear, are the discussions around the creation of the brand, of our personal brand. As a designer I have had to deal with that many times, creating the brand of small or large companies or continue with a brand already established and which must be promoted on social networks, for example. That is why I wanted to bring you a very useful tool that is also available to anyone with internet access.
This is Adobe Color, the tool I use to create the color palette for the development of the identity of a product or a company, there are many options online to do this, but this is the best and most complete. Besides, this tool has the advantage that to use it you don't need to know about color theory, because if you have a color in mind, Adobe Color shows you the ones that best suit light blue, for example.
The first thing we have to do is to create our account, this step is important because this way you can save your preferences and store in the library the palettes you have created or the ones you like from other users. To get to Adobe Color just follow this link.
This application is so cool that we can even review the trends of the moment in the world, and use or save them for later use. Don't forget to consult about color theory to find the one that best suits the content you want to create. Having said that, let's proceed to see how it works, it is not difficult, it is a fairly intuitive application.
But if we come across an image that we love its palette and we don't know how to extract its colors, we simply go to the main menu and select the CREATE option, that opens a secondary menu where we click on extract theme. I am going to use my own photo for the example. Let's see the result with the photo of my daughter's graduation ceremony at school:
The application takes the colors it thinks are most relevant but, the circles on the photo, we can move them at will, according to what we have in mind, many times the color that the application chooses are not the ones we fell in love with. It even gives you several options for extraction: full color, light, muted, intense, dark or none, and this is where you can select your own colors within the photo. The number that appears under each color is the code of each one, and it is useful to locate it in illustrator or photoshop, or in some other app, such as canvas.
Another option is to extract a gradient, so we can create, from a photo, a gradient by adjusting the colors of the circles in the photo. So the next time you capture a beautiful sunset you can turn it into a color theme for your brand.
With the Explore option, from the main menu, we can access the color themes of other graphic artists, one of my favorite options, since we can find beautiful and attractive palettes, we can save everything in our library (even those that others have created). download the palette as an image or as ASE, which is the format indicated to add the palette to our work in Adobe Illustrator.
Another very interesting option is to use the search engine until you find a topic of your liking, for example I put Sunrise and the extractions that other users made from their photographs appeared. Very useful too. In the last item of the main menu we can find all the palettes we have created or the ones we have saved from those found in the browse option.
But if what we want is to test our attention skills, we can play it too, what would be of us without these moments of relaxation? I have never really played it, because whenever I open this application I am always imbued by work, and how we designers work against the clock, I feel I lose valuable time that I could be using creating a fabulous color palette for that demanding client.
I hope you find this information useful and that you put it into practice. It is very nice to have an application made for designers and graphic artists and to be able to use it to generate more impact in our contents in Hive. Best regards and see you next time.

Yes it is very useful Adobe Color, not only to create palettes, also to find inspiration, how many times we have no idea what colors to use and the work of other artists bring us closer to our purpose! Greetings!!!

Hello!!! I recommend you to read about the meaning of colors, there they will tell you what feelings evoke each one, and when you find the emotion you want to convey go back to the application and enter it, is you select blue, for example, then they will show you the colors that match with the one you chose, the application chooses the palette for you.
A hug back!!!
I hope it will be useful to you dear @lisfabian, a big hug!!!
hahahahahahahaha ay @frankches you are unique, even commenting! I think in paint you can look up the colors with the code that Adobe Color gives you, so get to work!!!! And another thing.... what has adobo in it is also useful, especially to stimulate the palate!!! Hugs!
Excelente herramienta para usos audiovisuales.
saludos amiguita @caracasprin
I'm glad you like it, I hope you find it useful and you amaze us with your unique creativity!!!
Thanks to you for appreciating the content! I hope you find it useful
Saludos querida!
