Wireless Headphones or Wired Headphones? Advantages, Disadvantages and Personal Preference [ESP/ING]

Los audífonos son una herramienta que muchas personas amamos, en mi caso no solo soy amante de la música, si no también de escuchar podcast y programas mientras me dedico a escribir. Uso audífonos desde hace mucho tiempo, creo que desde que era niña y habían estos aparatos super pequeños que usábamos para reproducir música, desde ese entonces yo ya amaba los audífonos y mi mamá me regañaba porque me iba a quedar sorda JAJAJAJA. Es por eso que nacieron mis ganas de dedicar un post a hablar sobre este accesorio electrónico.
Todos sabemos que cotidianamente existían los audífonos de cable largo y era lo que solíamos usar en nuestra vida diaria; y hace algunos años que llego a nuestra vida para hacerla mucho más fácil, estoy hablando de los audífonos inalámbricos. Estos dos estilos son los comunes en este momento, hay de diferentes marcas y precios. Tenemos muchas opciones ahora para usar audífonos.
Headphones are a tool that many people love, in my case I am not only a music lover, but also I love listening to podcasts and programs while I write. I have been using headphones for a long time, I think since I was a child and there were these super small devices that we used to play music, since then I loved the headphones and my mom scolded me because I was going to be deaf HAHAHAHAHAHA. That's why I wanted to dedicate a post to talk about this electronic accessory.
We all know that everyday there were long cable hearing aids and it was what we used to use in our daily life; and a few years ago they came to our life to make it much easier, I'm talking about wireless hearing aids. These two styles are the common ones right now, there are different brands and prices. We have many options now to use hearing aids.
En mi caso tengo tanto audífonos de cable e inalámbricos; y quiero hablarles sobre las ventajas de cada modelo y además de cual es mi preferencia. Comencemos hablando de algunas ventajas. Los audífonos de cable, son los que más utilizo porque tienen la ventaja de no necesitar carga para usarse, así que pasan todo el día conectados a mi computadora.
En el caso, de los audífonos inalámbricos, su principal y más evidente ventaja es que no hay cable, así que se conectan a los dispositivos por Bluethooth, estos son mis favoritos al momento de maquillarme porque me permiten perfectamente poder esculpir y hacer todas las cosas del maquillaje. Me encanta el hecho de que puedes incluso alejarte un poco del dispositivo y no pasa nada.
Otra ventaja de los audifonos de cable es que son mucho más rusticos, en el sentido de que puedes guardarlos como sea e incluso pueden caerse y muy pocas son las veces en las que pasara algo malo.
In my case I have both wired and wireless headphones; and I want to tell you about the advantages of each model and also which one is my preference. Let's start talking about some advantages. Wired hearing aids are the ones I use the most because they have the advantage of not needing to be charged to be used, so they spend all day connected to my computer.
In the case, of wireless headphones, their main and most obvious advantage is that there is no cable, so they connect to the devices by Bluethooth, these are my favorite when doing makeup because they allow me perfectly to be able to sculpt and do all the makeup stuff. I love the fact that you can even move a little bit away from the device and nothing happens.
Another advantage of wired headphones is that they are much more rustic, in the sense that you can store them anyway and they can even fall out and very few are the times when something bad will happen.
Algo que igualmente me encanta de los inalámbricos es que a pesar de usar carga son dispositivos que cargan bastante rápido y que puedes colocar mientras haces algunas cosas y luego usarlos.
Hablando de las desventajas, creo que las ventajas de un tipo, son las desventajas del otro. Es decir el hecho de tener un poco más de independencia en el movimiento no es una cosa que sea propia de los audífonos de cable; y poder ser usados durante todo el día no es propio de los inalámbricos.
En caso de la preferencia personal, la verdad es que ambos me encantan; usar audífonos es algo que amo; aunque uso más los de cable por el tiempo que paso en la computadora. Si me ponen a elegir entre ambos estilos, creo que escogería los audífonos de cable porque son muchos más versátil y nos da mucha más seguridad en su uso.
Something I also love about wireless is that even though they use charging, they are devices that charge quite fast and you can put them on while you do some things and then use them.
Talking about the disadvantages, I think that the advantages of one type are the disadvantages of the other. That is, the fact of having a little more independence in movement is not a thing that is peculiar to wired headphones; and being able to be used all day long is not peculiar to wireless ones.
In case of personal preference, the truth is that I love both; wearing headphones is something I love; although I use the wired ones more because of the time I spend on the computer. If I had to choose between both styles, I think I would choose wired headphones because they are much more versatile and give us much more security in their use.
En cuestión de gustos sé que se pueden romper géneros, hay personas que disfrutarán más un estilo que otro; pero todos podemos estar de acuerdo en que los audífonos nos salvan la vida.

I honestly believe wireless headphones are better than earphones, because of the large hardware real estate you get compared to earphones. Like, sure just a small Bluetooth chip and it works wirelessly pretty well right? I don't think that's entirely the case.
But that's me overthinking things 🤓
