La falla de WhatsApp que no me permite enviar notas de voz [ENG-ESP]

Hola, amigos de Geek Zone. Hoy les vengo a contar sobre la falla de la famosa App WhatsApp por la que no puedo enviar notas de voz.

Es un problema que viene desde diciembre y me tiene frustrada, porque créanme que he intentado de todo para arreglarlo.

En diciembre del año pasado, luego de enviar una nota de voz larguísima, le di a escuchar. Por qué sí, suelo oirme yo misma. Para mi sorpresa, me oía muy bajito. Casi ni me escuchaba.

Me asusté, pensé que el micrófono de mi teléfono se había dañado, llamé a alguien por teléfono, sin usar ninguna aplicación y... Yo me oía normal.

Llamé a otra persona usando WhatsApp y me oía normal.

Mandé un audio por Telegram y volvía a oirme normal.

Entonces, mandé un audio por Messenger y por Instagram y se oía bajito, como en WhatsApp. 😤

Me recomendaron desintalar todas las aplicaciones de Metaverso. Así lo hice. Las volví a instalar y se oía igual de mal.

Incluso, hago llamadas por Instagram y WhatsApp y se escucha normal. Ya sé que mi micrófono no es porque lo uso para las curaciones en vivo.

Así que me puse a investigar y en las opiniones de la aplicación hay personas con mi problema.

I even make calls on Instagram and WhatsApp and it sounds normal. I already know my microphone is not because I use it for live healings.

So I started researching and in the app reviews there are people with my problem.

Pero, les contaré que en enero estaba buscando trabajo. La jefa quería entrevistarme por WhatsApp, pero no tenía tiempo para leerme. Así que me dijo: "Respone con audios y yo te oigo mientras manejo".

Y no podía enviar audios.

Me dijo que así no podía trabajar.

Rapido fui a mi laptop, abrí WhatsApp Web e intenté mandar un audio... Y SE OÍA PERFECTO.😱

Fui a mi teléfono, pensando que se había arreglado y volvía a oirse bajo. 😖

Terminé respondiendo la entrevista desde mi laptop y consiguiendo el trabajo...

Pero, ahora el misterio de por qué mis audios no se oyen es mayor.

Actualicé WhatsApp, Instagram y Messenger y sigue oyéndose igual. Ya no sé qué más hacer.

Llevo tres meses con esta falla. Puse un comentario en AppStore y nunca me respondieron. 🤷‍♂

Lo que más me pesa es que WhatsApp es importante para comunicarse. Es una de esas Apps que si no tienes, te llevan a la pseudo exclusión social.

Fíjense ese caso por el que casi pierdo un trabajo. O, por ejemplo, si estudiara y tuviera que exponer usando audios.

Es muy útil como para tener que prescindir de ella. Por más que Telegram sea mejor en muchos aspectos, la mayor parte de las personas usan WhatsApp.

Y los audios de WhatsApp.

Antes de esta falla, lo usaba demasiado. Era de esos usuarios que mandaban varios audios de un minuto. Pero, ahora, a menos que lo haga desde WhatsApp Web, para mí es imposible.

Ya no sé qué más hacer. Tenía la esperanza que con la nueva actualización se arregla, pero no pasó. Sigo en la misma situación y con el misterio.

Lo pongo aquí para saber si alguien tiene idea de qué puedo hacer.
