Clip-On Mic Flash Review

I made this flash review of a clip-on microphone. Tiktok/Instagram reels or Youtuber shorts are becoming a great way to promote your business. Say you've got a new blanket on your Etsy shop, and you can make a reel promoting it. Now, what's the most important part of a video? Audio. If the audio is not the best, the viewers will not stick around to your video.

Take it from me. During my broke Youtuber days, I didn't have money for a clip-on mic. I always got comments about the sound on my phone. Phones have good mics, however, the farther you are away, the less crisp it will sound. Or if you're outside then the wind will blow on the mic. This is another drawback to using your phone's mic. Your phone's mic is handy if you're indoors and close to it. If you're farther away or outside then having an external mic will help you. I bought a vlogging kit that comes with a mic that points at you.

This clip-on mic goes into the headphone jack in your phone. If you're an iPhone user, you need to buy an adaptor so you can use the charge port to plug it in. Why the newer iPhones don't have the headphone jack? I have no idea

Youtube shorts only allows 60 seconds.

In general, if you want to make vlogs, this mic will come in handy.

Are you looking for a nice microphone for making videos on your phone? This is nice and affordable if you're starting out, on a budget, etc. Or if you do not have a lot of space in your home. A vlogging kit/clip-on mic can help make your day.
The clip-on mic won't be the only thing you will need.

Why make videos on your phone? if you want to make videos for Tik tok or Instagram reels, it's easier to get the vertical video format with your phone. Your phone is easy to put away. You can put it right in your pocket. Now the latest phones come with 4K quality and a built-in stabilizer.

Now I did a review of a clip-on mic. Sometimes if I cannot find the exact item, I will simply find something close to it.

This is a clip-on mic I bought maybe last month or so. If I posted a review I may not recall it due to poor working memory. Keep that in mind.

So If you're looking to make videos on your phone. I suggest you get a clip-on mic to up your quality.

I cannot stress enough how many comments I got about the audio during my broke YT. I had no money to get better stuff to improve. Now I can and I don't get as many comments as I used to. Now if I am testing out something new I may get some comments but just about it.
