Unique winged insects

I found this insect near the house of a friend who had never been there before.
His house is in a rubber plantation area, only one house there, the journey to there may be many obstacles that must be faced because the road that is very unable to enter the car can only pass through two-wheeled vehicles.
The insect looks very unique because some of its wings are clear and others are black.
The insect is very wild, can not be photographed using the camera too close.
