So, I was very surprised when I found this variation ... mutation ... or whatever this thing is.

This black long horned beetle ...

A pair of the same long horned species was mating nearby ... on the same kind of plant.

img_0643_malo.jpg

Here you can see another tumbling beetle ... photographed in the same area ...

img_0646_malo.jpg

... and the third one is swimming by.

img_7356_malo.jpg

This Armadillidium vulgare was also photographed here on the coast, but early in the morning, when the humidity is pretty high even during the dry summer months.

img_4008_malo.jpg

One hot summer day, some months ago, on the meadow near the sea, I found this interesting leafhopper ... a species that I never saw before.

img_4181_samomalo.jpg

This Robber fly ...

img_4182_malo.jpg

... I don't know the exact species ... is resting on the stem of tall, dry grass.

img_4011_malo.jpg

This small ground beetle, the Stenolophus teutonus ... was photographed high on the ear of grass.

img_4163_malo.jpg

This is the small nymph of some grasshopper, but I can't tell you the name of the species.

img_4032_malo.jpg

This lovely green moth ...

(Enlargeable)

... is resting on some dry seed pod.

img_4224_malo.jpg

I can't tell you the name of this plant ...

img_4225_malo.jpg

... but I took these two shots ... so I can show you how it looks.

img_4195_malo.jpg

This is some small pupae ... photographed on some leaf not far from there ... along the small dusty road ...

img_4201_malo.jpg

... where the plants are also pretty dusty. You can see a minuscule spider and his dusty web on this one.

img_4312_malo.jpg

This tree cricket ... the Oecanthus pellucens ...

(Enlargeable)

... is resting on the blackberry shrub ...

img_4229_malo.jpg

... and this other one ... of the same species ...

img_4226_malo.jpg

... on the composite flower of the wild carrot.

(Enlargeable)

These small, young Neoscona Adianta spiders have built their webs on some climbing plant that grows around blackberries and other shrubs.

img_6747_malo.jpg

Here you can see Camptopus lateralis bugs ...

img_6748_malo.jpg

... camouflaged on the Salvia pratensis.

img_4183_malo.jpg

And now ... with this grasshopper ...

img_4185_malo.jpg

... the Calliptamus italicus ...

img_4188_malo.jpg

... is time to end this episode. As always in these posts on HIVE, the photographs are my work.

I wanted to say that the post is great there is only one thing that is not clear to me in all your posts that are advanced !!!!???

Do you train insects and insects at home and let them out in nature that they are so good that they do not run away from your lens, although I have a feeling that they can't wait for you to take photos of them.

Nice weeryyy niicee:)
