Macro Photography: Addaea Moth

The following I submitted macro images with the subject being a moth of the genus Addaea. The moth perched on a leaf with its wings spread wide. The wings, abdomen, and legs are light brown with pale green eyes and two antennae that look like dreadlocks style. These images were captured in a local forest area in North Aceh.

Judging from the physical characteristics, this is a species of Addaea subtessellata. The scientific name of this species was first described by the British entomologist, Francis Walker, in 1866.
