Hola chicos y chicas de Hive, por acá de nuevo con otra entrada. Esta vez recordando los viejos tiempos, aquellos momentos en que me dedicaba muy frecuentemente a hacer una de las cosas que más me gustaban, esto era dibujar. Recuerdo que me pasaba casi todo el tiempo dibujando, incluso mis libretas de la escuela estaban llenas de dibujos.

This time remembering the old days, those moments in which I dedicated myself very frequently to doing one of the things that I liked the most, this was drawing. I remember that I spent almost all my time drawing, even my school notebooks were full of drawings.

Últimamente, ya ni toco un lápiz para realizar un dibujo, algo que no es por falta de tiempo, pero la motivación se perdió. Solo en ocasiones muy extrañas, tomo una hoja de papel en blanco, un lápiz y le doy forma a algo que me guste.

Precisamente este post que les traigo en el día de hoy, dónde les enseño un dibujo que hice, viene de la mano de mi hijo. Pues el niño se encontró al parecer extraviado, este juguete que me pareció algo gracioso. No me preguntes por qué, pero me animé a hacer un dibujo con él.

No solo les hablaré del dibujo, también les mostraré una app muy atractiva, dónde puedes hacer tanto diseñar como editar tus fotos, dibujos o todo tipo de ideas locas que se te ocurran. En este caso la usé para llevar el dibujo creado en una hoja de papel, a su versión digital.

La aplicación se llama ibisPaint X, la que puedes descargar gratis desde la Google Play en el caso de Android, no sé si tenga soporte para iOS, pero si tienes un iPhone prueba buscarla en la tienda de Apple.

Descubrí la aplicación un día que empecé a buscar alguna herramienta para plasmar en digital, un diseño que hice de un logo para la peña "Vegueros de Corazón" a la que pertenezco. Me fue muy útil en ese momento, por tanto, se las comparto para que si desean utilizarla, aunque aún no la exploto al máximo, pues estoy aprendiendo a usarla.

I discovered the application one day when I started looking for a tool to digitalize a design that I made of a logo for the "Vegueros de Corazón" club to which I belong. It was very useful to me at that time, so I'm sharing it with you so that if you want to use it, although I still haven't exploited it to the fullest because I'm still learning how to use it.

En el dibujo a lápiz, comenzamos creando figuras geométricas, como círculos para en este caso la cabeza y manos, además de cuadrados y rectángulos para ambas extremidades. Luego vas dándole forma al dibujo, primero tenue y luego cuando la figura este a tu gusto puedes oscurecer los trazos.

In the pencil drawing, we begin by creating geometric figures, such as circles for the head and hands in this case, as well as squares and rectangles for both extremities. Then you are giving shape to the drawing, first dim and then when the figure is to your liking you can darken the lines.

Una vez que tengamos el dibujo contorneado a lápiz, aunque podemos usar un marcador o lapicero. Vamos a con la cámara de nuestro móvil, hacerle una fotografía, la cual cargaremos en la app ibisPaint X. Lo que me gusta de esta app es su sencillez, cualquiera puede usarla tenga o no tenga conocimientos previos de diseño, pues todo está muy simple.

Ya en la app cargamos la foto del dibujo, al que le vamos a configurar resaltando las líneas del dibujo, para después trabajar en él. Seguidamente, manos a la obra, puedes empezar a usar la paleta de colores, o si deseas mejorar las líneas del dibujo.

Already in the app we load the photo of the drawing, which we are going to configure highlighting the lines of the drawing, to later work on it. Then, get to work, you can start using the color palette, or if you want to improve the lines of the drawing.

Cuando empiezas a trabajar en los colores, el dibujo va cobrando vida, dejando el blanco y negro inicial. Empiezas a experimentar con los miles de opciones y formas del final de tu dibujo. Puedes guardar tu trabajo en la galería para seguir editando en otro momento.

When you start working on the colors, the drawing comes to life, leaving the initial black and white. You start to experiment with the thousands of options and shapes at the end of your drawing. You can save your work in the gallery to continue editing at a later time.

Cómo ves, no necesitas ser todo un artista profesional para crear un dibujo, tampoco un diseñador, pues herramientas como ibisPaint X están disponibles para que las utilices. Si queréis conocer más de la app, puedes googlear sobre algún tutorial de la misma.
