Blue Light Blocking Glasses Are Gaining Mass Appeal

I’ve had a pair of blue light blocking glasses for about 6 months now. I wear them when watching tv or reading before bed. I’m no doctor but I can really tell the difference between wearing them in the evening compared to not wearing them.

The artificial light that many electronics emit is in the blue spectrum. Blocking this light makes it much easier to allow your body a natural transition to getting ready to sleep.

I just saw this display the cash register of a major retailer this morning.
