I thought this was a gameboy sized one. There's a lot of that here in Phil. I see some people even selling it on tiktok. I dont see why people would be interested with this devices when mobile games are much better.

This is too small compared to a GameBoy.
For the price, this might sound better than mobile gaming to some people, having actual buttons feels good! (It's also cheaper to give to children™ which is probably the target audience,) but it's bad compared to actual gaming handhelds.
