Glad to announce that the upgrade to Hive-Roller.com v0.7.5 has been implemented and the site is back online and up and running. A number of changes on the front end as well back end have made it into this release in order to enhance player / investor experience as well as hopefully improve stability of the server as a whole. While the planned mobile version revamp didn't make the cut in this release it is planned for later and once the mobile display version is completed will be sure to push it to the live server.

A number of new user facing feature have been implemented in this latest incarnation of the online alpha version of Hive-Roller.com with the latest release geared towards offering more continuity between sessions with things like chat persisting between sessions and server shut downs as well as user and high roller bets now being loaded up on login. The site now also supports entering an email on the registration page to help facilitate future functions such as automated password recovery.

Note that users with an incredible amounts of bets may find their bets do not load on login, this is due to a limit of 500mb of roll data allowed to be parsed per a user on login.. Something like 750K bets.

In addition to the continuity fixes some other GUI elements have been enhanced such as the investment window which shows exactly what percentage of profits or loses your investment is entitled to:

Some other GUI enhancements include more information being displayed on the global tab such as the average investment multiplier as well as some other new information as well as seen below in picture:

Various other GUI tweaks have been added as well but I'll let the users find them. A large portion of what was done in this update has to do with moderator functions as well as beck end server stuff so the user may not notice huge changes. Lots of back end work has been done as well in order to hopefully increase stability of the server. Eventually the database handling of the site will have to be redone but that is something for the future.

Hive Keychain has also been properly implemented on the site as well, however the login function using keychain still needs a bit of work. The original implementation wasn't exactly what you'd call standard.

I'll be electing moderators shortly as well. if you feel you should be a moderator on the site let me know.
