Fitness has always been a very good thing even to argue about it is something I love to hear about.

Being a newbie weightlifter, I realize that I can always keep pushing forward everyday and try every other weightlifting technique that exist, the start is always the hardest but with time your body adapts to it and you lift even better, that shows you don't have to stay in the comfort zone but keep trying to achieve more in ways everyone does but in your own lbs category.

Just learning about relatives and absolutes rn.

I guess everyone always has their own way of doing things but each opinion I believe has its own weakness and strength.
